This is a way to quickly and efficiently smile to your entire body, mind, spirit. This is important because the better one can deeply radiate love to all levels of oneself, the easier it will be to feel healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually. This is an easy way promote a sense of well being in under 9 minutes!
Lung meditation and healing sound (track 3)
This meditation is particularly useful for those who have a deep sense of loss, are in a state of grief, sadness or depression and who have lung issues. This meditation uses a combination of several Taoist meditative techniques to deeply cleanse and rejuvenate the lungs.
Kidney meditation and healing sound (track 4)
The Kidneys are of particular importance in Chinese medicine and Taoist thought, by spending time meditating with them you can dispel the emotions of fear and shock and begin to cultivate a deep sense of stillness and peacefulness. The kidneys are also your deep energy reserves (your battery charge) and immune system, so caring for you kidneys is always helpful.
Liver meditation and healing sound (track 5)
The liver is an important because it is the largest organ and plays a role in detoxifying the body, mind and spirit. This meditation is useful for purging the emotions of anger, frustration, jealousy, and transforming them into a sense of kindness, creativity and vision.
Heart meditation and healing sound (track 6)
In Chinese medicine the heart has a great capacity for love and can also house hatred, predjudice, bitterness and impatience. By using this meditation you can get rid of clouds obscuring and preventing the heart from shining easily. This meditation will help you transform any imbalanced emotions in the heart into unconditional love.
Spleen meditation and healing sound (track 7)
In Chinese medicine, the spleen is responsible for transforming and metabolizing nourishment and life experiences. By practicing this meditation you can cultivate a deep sense of trust and help your ability to assimilate information, emotions and food.
Triple warmer healing sound (track 8)
This meditation activates the triple warmer an organ in Chinese medicine akin to the connective tissue in the body. This meditation can be used to descend energy and heat that is trapped or stored in the upper regions of the body. This meditation is helpful for conditions such as sleep problems, headaches, and hot flashes.
Mixing heart fire and kidney water (track 9)
This meditation creates a healing “steam” inside the body that can provide accelerated healing and improve your sense of well being. It is recommended that you learn all the other sounds first, and at a minimum, have practiced the heart and kidney sound first.
Smiling to your 5 organs (track 10)
This meditation is best done after completing the other meditations that focus on the organ systems of the body. It helps provide a deep sense of peace and wellness. It is most useful after meditating with your other organ systems because once you establish and strengthen the connection with your other organs, you are then able to enjoy a deeper experience of the inner smile. This is great for sleep and relaxation as well as general well being.
