The Benefits of a Consistent Qi Gong Practice

Qi Gong translates as skill with Qi, while nei Gong means internal skill.  Qi gong and nei gong represent systems of meditative knowledge that have a history of over 5000 years in China. We are very lucky that these practices have remained intact and are available to us today in modern times.  It is very remarkable how relevant these practices still are for modern times. Today these simple tools that were developed and evolved over the past several thousand years are very useful in managing the stress of modern life and in promoting radiant health and well being.

Qi Gong and Nei Gong have been transformative practices for both of us.  These practices are an integral and important part of our health care program.
